Final captain's notes and match programme of the season

Ahead of the final home match of the season, read Kelly Clark's captain's notes and download the matchday programme here.

We go into the last two games of the season in a really strong position. Our fate is in our hands and we have worked so hard to be where we are. We are unbeaten in eleven and looking to make that twelve and I couldn’t be more proud of everyone involved. The schedule has been really tough but we have come through it and the togetherness has been immense, it’s a great feeling to be part of this squad.

Sunday sees a visit from Forfar, a team we know will try to make our life very difficult. They have a great mixture of youth and experience and their performances in recent weeks will give them great confidence. It’s really important we recover after two hard games against Rangers and Hibs and look to start fast in the game on Sunday.

We are really excited at the potential return of friends and family, it just adds to our motivation to put in a good performance. It’s the last home game of the season and we will be looking to sign off in style, in front of our nearest and dearest.

Given its the last captain's notes for the year, I’d like to thank everyone for their support throughout. Social media has its downsides but this year we feel we have used it well and we have created more of a connection with the Celtic fans. The players have seen your comments and support and we couldn’t appreciate it more. We hope to see some of you in person next season but until then, take care.

Kelly Clark
