Fifteen Scottish Youth Call Ups for Celtic

Academy player heading at goal

The feel-good factor around Celtic Women continued with 15 young Celts gearing up for national youth involvement.

With Celtic Girls Academy’s rich history of inclusions in Scotland’s youth setups, the club will have players involved in the squads and camps throughout the under-16s, 17s and 19s.

At under-19s, first team goalkeeper Emily Mutch retains her place in the Scottish squad, and academy player Emma Craig also joins Pauline Hammill’s side.

At under-16s and under-17s, a lucky 13 Celts have been awarded invites to the National Team Training Camps with a view to solidifying a spot in the refined squads, notably SWPL centre-forward Kathleen McGovern.

Celtic players heading for the camps include:

Olivia King

Lynsey Baillie

Abbie Cusack

Aimee Anderson

Chloe Warrington

Kathleen McGovern

Mirin Easdon

Tegan Bowie

Maria McAneny
